1. John oates, hereinafter "Applicant°, has applied to the

2. The Applicant's lot is zoned AFR-10 and is approximately

3. Said parcel is described as LoC 2 of the Wolfson
Subdivision

� 2. The caretaker dwelling unit shall be limited to 700 square
feet of livable area and comply with all Housing Office
Guidelines.
� � 3. The Applicant shall obtain a fireplace/woodstove permit from
the Environmental Health Department , prior to the issuance
� _ of a building permit.
Q i 4. The Applicant shall adhere to all material representations
;;� made in the application and in the public meeting.
