� addressing water service provisions for proposed development

� applications. Applicable Code sections include, but are not
necessarily limited to, 2-14, 2-17, 2-21, 2-22, 3-710, 3-11, and
3-12.
2: County projects may be proposed to be served by a variety of

�' Districts or governmental entities which provide water service.
� These separate entities administer individual rules and regulations
regardinq water service extensions. -
3. County development applications are also often proposed under

private water supply systems through appropriated water rights
accrued through the Colorado water court system.

. � CONCEPTIIAL SIIBDIVISION REVIEA APPLICATIONS•
• . � In order for an application for ConceptuaZ Review to be deemed
complete for processing, the following issues shall be addressed:
1) Al1 projects shall submit information detailing the type of
water supply system pzoposed; the type, number and daily water

� g, proposed and potential maximum uses
on the slte and general timetable within which they are
expected; and a map indicating the alignment, type and sizing
of any public or quasi-public water storage, treatment and °

distribution facilities to be constructed.
2) For those projects proposinq water supply, treatment storage
� or distribution to be provided by an existing private water ' {
