- This letter is confirmation of commitments made at our meeting on

` Pitkin County aqrees to grant Holy Cross Electric a permanent easement ''�A
°� for an underground power line parallel to Hiqhway 82 across the Pitkin
County Airport property in a mutually acceptable location. This • �'?
�a • easement will begin at the northerly end of a previously granted
`` easement wh'1ch is recorded in book 66i at paqe 04 in the Pitkin County �
� Courthouse and extend northerly to the north boundary oP the airport ��
`; property. .Such easement grant shall be made within one year from the
�`� date of this letter and shall use Holy Cross Electric's standard form. � �

� Holy Cross Electric agrees`to remove the existing overhead power line •.�..%
�? on the airport side of Highway 82 from the southerly Aspen Airport �
Business Centar entrance northerly to the old airport entrance. This
