£ The Maroon Creek road will be closed to vehicle Vaffic{other than RFTA tauses andlor vehicles wiih '+`�'
� a valid car pass) between the hours of 8:30 am. and 5:00 p.m. on the fotlowing dates: 1) daily,,
beginning on June 17 and ending on September 5;and 2)on Septem6er i 0.11,17,18,24,25,October

�,.� The bus system will be operated during all periods of time in which the Maroon Creek road closure

RFTA wiA operate the iws systEm daily from 9:00 am.to 5:00 p:m,from the Aubey Park Bus Station. �
_\� Bus departures for Maroon Lake will take place every 20 to 30 mi�utes.Three departures per hour wiU

;� i: Erect a movable unmanned six foot by three foot information kiosk with a highly visible canopy

� Maroon Creek Valley,and other peRinent information.

±? 6. THE TRANSff AGENCY SHALL: �` �
'� a Provide bus senrice for the period spec�ed above,within the consVaints imposed by RFTA's
� budget;
� b. Participate in the wording and placement of all roadway signs,kiosk infortnational material,and ��j�"

;� c. Maintain road signs as noted in Section V:2 of the Memorandum of Understanding,in coopera-
-G tion wrth Pitkin County; •

G d. After review by the Forest Service, distribute news releases to the local media relating bus
• service infortnation; �

� of the past year's ridership,costs and revenues generated as a resuh of the past year's bus i' '
