± 1. WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners and the City of Aspen entered �
'• into a Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate,BOCC Contract Number 94-58; and ''-; `'

� 2. WHEREAS,Pitkin County and the City of Aspen desire to perfect the terms of �` '
the Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate by executing the attached General Warrenty Deed. ` p

i NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Piticin County Board of County
' Commissioners that the sale of the parcel on land to be used by the City of Aspen for a snow �'•' �
' dump is hereby approved, and the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners is hereby ��A
� authonzed to execute any and all necessary documents pertaining to the cottveyance to the City
