�in Guest houses were not specifically excluded from the
approvals, however, construction of such units is
subject to full compliance with the provisions of
the Land Use Code. `
e. The Applicant's parcel, Homestead �k6, was not ;� �
_� specifically granted a GMQS Exemption for a guest
house nor has it received an exemption for an
additional dwelling unit beyond one residential �,
\ development right benefiting the parcel.
�.� f. The Board specified that the Applicant may request
� Special Review for a guest house, but that request ,
�� must be made concurrently with a growth management
; quota system residential allotment application.
' 5. The Board also considered the Applicant's request for the ��
. I relocated driveway and extended building envelope. The Soard �s

approved the relocated driveway to be aligned along the ��'

McKenzie-Wildcat Ditch to building envelope "A". The Board
denied the Applicant's request to extend the building envelope
i
approximately 1.5 acres to the east. The Applicant withdrew � ` !
