1. The Colorado Department of Transportation has ' _

associated intersection improvements are warranted

2. The Colorado Department of Transportation has
budgeted $175,000 for said iaprovements.
3. Pitkin County as part of the approved Airport Master

� Plan, proposes to relocate the primary entrance to the -<
' Pitkin County Airport to this location.

4. Pitkin County as a member of the Aspen to Snowmass Trans-
� portation Planning group has praposed the State Highway
--- 82/Aspen Airport Business Center/Airport Entrance signal �'
ri and intersection improvements project and have received
� the endorsement of the Aspen to Snowmass Transportation
� - Planning group.

-'� 5. The Colarado Department of 2ransportation and Pitkin
County are desirous of designing and constructing -
the project improvements jointly.
