Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado,

4 2. The unit shaZl be constructed within a properly approved

2. The following conditions requested by the Aspen/Pitkin ;;��=`
't County Housing Authority (APCHA) shall be adhered to by f .
� the applicant:
a. The applicant shall provide a deed restriction, as
I stipulated in Section 3-8.13(a) of the Land Use t,
Code, to the APCHA for approval. Upon approval by
the APCHA, the applicant shall record the deed with
� the Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder's oEfice prior -�
to issuance of a building permit for the caretaker a
� unit. '

b. Prior to leasing the Caretaker Dwelling Unit (in the
� event that it is leasedj, the applicant shall notify
the Housing Authority, and have the prospective
� tenant complete the required qualification forms and •
a
� submit those to the Housing Authority for approval.
3 Rental rates for this unit shall not exceed Category
; 2 rental rates established in the Aspen/Pitkin
� County Housing Guidelines in effect at the time of '�
