!� 1. Prior to issuance of a building permit change-order to .''�r
i accommodate installation of the caretaker unit, the applicant
shall submit an avalanche hazard analysis prepared by a
i qualified avalanche expert. Said analysis shall address the
' i issue of avalanche hazard and associated risk on the portion
� of Little Annie and Hurricane Roads accessing the residence '� '
'• and proposed caretaker unit. The segment of road to be t`
Z analyzed should begin from the Castle Creek Investors property
referenced in Arthur Mears' report dated July 11, 1993 �•'�

� (attached) and continue up the Little Annie and Hurricane
Roads to the point of entry to the Yellin building site. If
i the report concludes that there is no additional risk beyond
that already established for the Little Annie Road segment
below the CCI property, the Planning Director shall sign-off
1 on the building permit change-order to allow construction of :
the caretaker unit. If the report concludes that there is
' any additional avalanche risk associated with the Ye11in
access, the change order shall not be issued, and the
i caretaker unit request shall return to the Board for further Y
-� review. ?
2. Prior to issuance of a building permit chanqe-order to ,��
ti � accommodate installation of the caretaker unit, the
� ' applicant shall submit a 24 x 36 inch mylar site plan which •
� �
i meets the approval of the Planning Office and County Attorney
prior to recording. The following 1041 Ha2ard Review Warning
� and Disclaimer shall be noted on the Plan:
"The provisions of these regulations do not in any way j�,i�
' assure or imply that areas outside of desiqnated hazard �l.. ��;'
areas wi11 be free from hazards, or that approved :�_
mitigation measures wi11 guarantee the safety of any '� � � '
