1. John Glisman (hereinafter "Applicant"), has applied to the

Resolution No. 92-i1, regarding wildfire mitigation on Lot 8 of the
� Sopris Mountain Ranch Subdivision, pursuant to Pitkin County Land

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RBSOLVBD HY THE BOARD, that it does '?:�:

' hereby approve the request to delete condition #7a.4 of Resolution ��-°

i 1. The applicant shall double .layer sheet rock the basement ;5��;,
i ceiling; use non-combustible roof materials and install a
2,000 gallon water storage tank with a pump and a fire hose
• within close proximity to the house. In addition, the �: ,
applicant shall install smoke and heat detectors which shall ;
be wired to a Security system which shall be monitored on a
, 24 hour basis. i:,.

2. The residence shall comply with Section 508 of the 1988
= uniform Building Code.
' 3. All material representations made by the applicant in the
application and/or in public meetings shall be adhered to.
