RECITALS "
k I. At a I9$9 special election,the voters provided authorization to the Board of Courtty r��:'` �.
Commissioners to issue $6 million of general obligation bonds for the purpose of providing "`
� affordable housing for County residents.
; 2. The Board of County Commissioners and the Town of Snowmass Village agreed
in 1990 to make every effort to apply those fund proportionately to the Town of Snowmass v�
Village on a "first come, first served" basis. •.�:��
, 3. The Town of Snowmass Village is pursuing an affordable housing project on the ,.k,;;
Horse Ranch property. i"
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESCLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of �: .
Pitkin County, Colorado that$151,000 of bond funds be provided for the construcdon of 11 +��
;: units of affordable housing on the Horse Ranch property.

' BE IT FURTHER RFSOLVED, that these units will be deed restricted to Category 3 �'`��``
�; Employee Housing as defined by the Town of Snowmass Village. '���` .
