1. Patricia McMillan {hereafter "Applicant} has requested that the �
! '� Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County (hereafter "Board") ��a`
grant approval for an Amendment to the Final PZat of the Lazy-O- 'i�i
Ranch PUD/Subdivision pursuant to Article 4 - Subdivision
Regulations of the Pitkin County Land Use Code. The requested
i".'.
amendment would result in the platting of a segment of Water Tank �;�:�
Road to provide alternate access to Lot 13.
�� 2. The Board was asked to consider this request after the Planning
and Zoning Commission denied the Applicant's request for an
- "Insubstantial Change to a Recorded Plat" for this same issue. :
,;; 3. The Planning and Zoning commission reviewed the applicant's

request for an Insubstantial Change to a Recorded Plat at

` regularly scheduled public meetings on June 22, 1993, July 6, 1993

�\ and July 20, 1993 and denied the proposal, at the July 20, 1993
meeting based on the findings identified in resolution PZ# 93-17. �
4. The Board supports the findings of the Planning and Zoning ��

' � Commission as identified in the resalution cited above. } �'�'
