The majority of homeowners in the Tennis Club subdivision, the Clasen- %�'`. Pecjak subdivision,and the Gan subdivision desire to form an officially recognized cavcus. ��=. �; 2. Article 4 of the Pitkin County Home Rule Charter provides that a cavcus �� %� may be established by setting a meeting of the homeowners in the designated caucus area •�°��,, '' at which caucus formation information is provided and a formation vote is taken;notifying "� ' all homeowners and non-resident real Qroperty owners of said meeting; and adoptiag '�!��' - � operating procedures and by laws at said meeting. �: � 3.
