� Sundeck Dance are fund-raisers for the Aspen Valley Ski Club, ?�
4 the Aspen Junior Hockey Club and the Aspen Skating Club. The ��;:;

Board has determined that the event meets the requirements of
the Land Use Code. ,•�t!C,
NUW, THEREFORE, BE YT RESOLVED by the Board that it hereby ,;t_�c:
• grants the Aspen Skiing Company a Temporary Use permit subject to
the following conditions: �i,
1. Fire access to existing structures on site shall remain open t�;,�a
and unobstructed.
'��•
;-; 2. The Applicant shall contact lodges in the immediate vicinity
of the Mountain base area that may be affected by impacts
associated with the race, such as temporary lighting.
Documentation of notice to the lodges sha11 be provided at the _
meeting.
`� 3. Temporary Iighting shall be removed fzom the premises by �`
� sunset on December 3, 1993.

s 4. The Applicant shall provide proof of insurance for the event,
j to the satisfaction of the County Attorney prior to review
� �� before the Board.

-.°� 5. In the event that any sound amplification is anticipated in �
connection with broadcasting of the event, the Applicant will
be required to obtain a noise variance permit from the
; Environmental Health Department prior to commencemenE of
j broadcasting. �

.� 6. This temporary use permit is issued to the Aspen Skiing �j;, c:'"'
Company / Land Rover 24 Hours of Aspen for a benefit event to ,�:,
� include Little Nell Night Ski on November 26, 1993 from 5:00 ` �'
p.m to 7:00 p.m., "racers only" practice runs from S:oO to r� f
7:30 p.m. on November 28th, 1993, a 24-Hour Ski Race from noon
on NovembeY 29, 1993, to noon on November 30, 1993 and a "Hard �
Rock On Top" dance held at the Sundeck Restaurant from 8:00 ;� `.
p.m. to 1:00 a.m. on November 29th. The event will occur on :
Aspen Mountain on runs served by the Gondola. ��':•:=.:
