1. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, tne Applicant �A' r `
shall provide a letter of intent from the Gateway of Snowmass
Mesa Property Owners Association to serve the Joh�son
Caretaker Dwellinq Unit with a domestic water supply. The �
letter of intent shall set forth the type and extent of . ."
service to be provided, the timetable fot providing such � ,
service, any special restrictions expected to be placed on the 1y
use of such water, any special improvements to be made or ��.'
maintained by the applicant, anticipated fee and rate ��',
schedules, and specifications concerning the reliability and
` pressure of the supply for the proposal and fire protection. '��

2. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the Applicants shall �
record a caretaker deed restriction, pursuant to Section 3- �;'�'
. 8.13 (d) (3) of the Code (Ord. 91-11).
�' 3. The caretaker unit shall not exceed 700 square feet of net "
� livable floor area. �'
4. The Applicant shall obtain a Septic Permit for a designed '`•�yy�
t septic system from the Environmental Health Department prior "`;�+•'
g1 to the issuance of a building permit.
�i 5. The Applicant shall comply with all material representations
� made in the application and in the public meetings.

� 6. The Applicant shall provide an updated topographic survey of
the building envelope to the Zoning Office prior to the �� . -
