Pitkin County will also con6nue to ptovide the Aspen agenb � in-residence with the slandard and customary Pitkin County Employee's"Wellness and '.'� �� Fitness"benefit package and access to county housing. t ( �� (k)At the inception of this agreement,Pitkin County will transfer such funds and ' physical property as to be agreed upon by appropriate Extension and Caunty officers from bath couofies. The aforementioned funds include ail non-appropriated Eatension funds helc! ,� by Pitkin County as ot'December 31, 1992;consisdng of both current and carry-over programmatic grant funds. Counties a�ree• (a) To furnish suitable office space,and pay the essentia!costs of utilities,travel,office expense, � supplies and ec�uipment needed in the conduct of Cooperative Extension programs in the counties. �2 , � (b) To provide by reimbursement to Factension,the applicable amount of the professional staff � � funding based on a formula developed and updated annually, approved by the State Board of >�•` � Agricultu�e,to provide for increased funding to match the Long Appropriatipns Bill as determined by � tl�e State Legislature. ;? ; � � (c) To provide necessary and adequate clerical and secretarial personnel. ` � (d) To submit to the Director of Colorado Cooperative Extension a capy of the 6udget ! approved for items (a), (b) and (c) above.
