" per year totaling $6,244 for one year: ' : - ; °,;�: Whereas, RESPONSE, a non-profit agency, is providing education, prevention, and services relating to domestic violence. Period of Operation: The County hereby leases and demises for the calendar year 1993 to RESPONSE that area designated ��'� ! '�- office G in the Schultz Building. Said saace shall be �, available at 8:00 a.m., Friday, January 1, 1993. RESPONSE ' will be prepared to vacate the office by 5:00 p.m. on ;i , Friday, December 31, 1993, unless a new lease has been # signed. 2. Re�airs and Maintenance: During the period of this lease agreement RESPONSE shall maintain this office in good shape `; and repair and return it to the County in suhstantially the �^� same condition received normal wear excepted. The County �.- shall provide regular office cleaning Monday - Thursday. � � 3. Pavment: The County shall provide an in-kind rent contribution of $6,249 to RESPONSE. S � 4. Governina Law: This lease agreement has been entered into � � in the State of Co2orado, and the validity, intemretation . ,;! and legal effect of this agreement shall be governed by the � laws of the State of Colorado.
