Said contribution will equal the amount of money required by the Grantor to a'. replace the bridge and shall be determined by subtracting the amount of money piedged to the �' , ;� project by members of the Thomas Bridge Association from the final project price as •- �' determined by the Contractor, and will in no way exceed Twenty-five Thousand and 00/100 � dollazs($25,000.00). • NOW,THEREFORE, for the amount as determined above not to exceed Twenty-five f� Thousand and 00/100 dollars ($25,000.00)and other good and valuable consideration, and in consideration of the mutual covenanis and conditions contained herein,the Grantor and Grantee ' agree as foltows: `r� 1. Easement.. Grantor hereby grants to the Grantee and the public at large a non- exclusive easement for the purpose of accessing and fishing in the Crystal River � � where the same traverses property owned by Grantor. Grantor hereby further grants to Grantee an exclasroe easement for access to the Crystal River for flood control and main[enance purposes. This easement shall extend across the entire parcel as described wi[hin Exhibit"A". ?' , 2. Easement for Access. Grantor acknowledges that the easement includes the right • " of access to ihe river by members of the public and for temporary or permanent access by members of County Staff for flood control purposes.
