To provide the ACRA access to an information desk in the . arrivals/baggage claim area of the oommercial terminal � (attached as Exhibit °A"), and all informational and � directional signs, which in the sole discretion of the j Director of Aviation may be necessary therefore, inside and t ontside the commercial terminal building; r 2. To provide a public address and paging system with access � , � throughout the terminal building, and a telephone system with � three (3) dedicated lines; �; � , � 3. To provide four {4) hand-held transceiver radio sets and �i ; charqer units, with one (ij dedicated Airport frequency and ` �•, � one (1) County contaet frequency; � 4. To provide training and instruction for all ACRA Guest Services employees including: airport rules and regulations, general airport orientation, airport security, aad other applicable airport practices and standard operatinq � . procedures. � THS AC12A�8 OBLIGATIONS ARE AS FOLLOW3: � �� 1. To provide scope-of-work and services as follows (within the i reasonable limitations of staff availability) : E $ a. To be observant for those persons who may require medical �``��, assistance and to oall for appropriate medical assistance � either at that person's request, or as a result of an obvious medical emergency; i e. To provide wheel chair and/or "hands-on'� assistance to i departing and/or arriving handicapped or disabled � passengers when necessary; If. To the greatest extent possible, utilize the courtesy phone system for the purpose of expediting passenger , �� transportation to their lodge/accommodations; � g. To provide assistance to airport maintenance staff in keeping the terminal building cZear of paper and other debris: h. To receive and record aIl traveler complaints. All such � complaints received shall be forwarded to the Office of the Director of Aviatfon and the President of the ACRA on ��� forms provided by the Director of Aviation. � i. To receive, record, and positively account for all "lost ' � and found° items turned in to ACRA and/or found in and E around the commercial terminal building. To grovide no less than ten {10) total employees for the Airport Guest Services proqram. To provide no less than one (ij trained supervisory employee per eight (8) hour shift. i ��:� � Supervisory employees shall be responsible for supervising the ''� . ; work and performance of all ACRA employees during eaclz i respective shift. Minimum staffing levels per eight (8} hour f shift are attached hereto as Exhibit "B", and made a part hereof. ; 4. To provide at least one (i) person from the ACRA who shall act 4 ' as the ACRA�s authorized re resentative " oint of contact" � w P ( P ) ; responsible for carrying-out all ACRA obligations set forth within this Aqreement. The ACRA's representative will commit --� the necessary haurs per week to work related to the Airport � Guest Services program as set forth within this Agreement. ` 5. To provide training and instruction for all ACRA Guest Service t� employees including: Guest Service`s personnel policies and . i regulations and basic airline aperating procedures. � Confirmation of such training shall be provided in writing to the Direator of Aviation. !; 6.
