limited to (i) increased and impraved bus service, including, where +,
feasible, the conversion of diesel-powered buses to cleaner- �` ��
burning alternative fuels, (ii} park-and-ride facilities, and (ii.i} `
participating with Roaring Fork Valley governments and/or others ;'Y�_
to acquire the Denver and Rio Grande railroad right-of-way for
f transportation and related trails and open space uses; �:i;��

�� such k�onds ta be issued in one or more series, with or without ,
a premium for redemption prior to maturity, and npon such other ;��
tera[s as the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County may �
determine, Pitkin County being authorized (i) to refund the bonds;

and any refunding bonds when due; and (iii) to reaeive, collect and
