The �:: :' -; meeting was held in the Pitkin County Sheriff�s O£fice. � �-: : f` ENDORSEMENT OF THE ASPEN AREA COMMLJNITY PT,AN 1 � Tuite opened the pnblic hearing. � Cindy Houben, planning department, told the Boards the Aspen Area Community Plan has been adopted by the city and county P & Z. The � changes from Council and the Commissioners were incorporated into ( the final draft. Tim Whitsitt, county attorney, reminded the Boards that the Planning and Zoning Commissions are given the ;e.; ! authority to da master planning. ( � Tuite closed the public hearing. I � �� True said a lot of work has gone into this plan. Ethrdige said he � is pleased with the effort and the team should be commended. $ • Ethridge noted the city has a lot of work to implement the plan. • True moved to adopt a resolution to endorse the Aspen Area ? : iCommunity Plan; seconded by Ethrdige.
