RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL TO THE RUBIN CARETAKER DWELLING UNIT �
HOTION To APPROVE - Ellen Sassano, representing the planning x��
office, said the Board heard this application last Tuesday night 1
' . and approved the application pending a review by the Woody Creek
� Cauous. She tried Co received comment from the Woody Creek Caucus. �
j 5he tried to contact a number of inembers and was not successful. `�.
+ She said there are a couple of options. One is to go ahead and
move forward with the application without comment and the other is ;�;,�.

� Tuite moved approval subject to the conditions on the basis that
Woody Creek xas offered a chance to tnake a comment, we gave them
, a very specific time table, this person was nice enouqh to allow
us to continue and he thinks approval should be given. with a

continue this portion of the public hearing to Snowmass after the �;�,� .

- UBE CoDE - Francis Krizmanich proceeded with an overview of the �
proposed amendments to the Land Use Code. However, do to the late '
hour and the commissioners having to go to another meeting it was '
- agreed that the discussion on these amendments will be continued
to another meeting.
Ethridqe moved to continue the public hearinq on the land use code
proposed amenflments to August 26, 1993. With a second by True, the
motion passed unanimousYy.
