A copy of this '"',`' ' j resolution is made a part of this record as EXHIBIT ��A° Goldberg advised the Board that the above reso2ution was published '�' ' by title and short summary only. IIe referred to state statute � � which dictates that the entire body of the resolution needed to be published in its entirety within 30 days of adoption. ' . �: John Ely, County Attorney proceeded to review with the Board the ' ' legislation Mr. Goldberg was referring to. He advised the Board that it was his opinion, that the publication was in violation of the' statute and recommended that the Board direct the Clerk and Recorder to not count these certain questions. s' i True moved to direot the Clerk and Recorder to not count the questions as approved by Resolution No. 93-146, and authorized ' - staff to prepare a resolution to that affect.
