WI�:REAS, Kelly Bloomer and Ralph Woodward (hereinafter �

"Applicants"), have submitted an application to amend the

.) documented in Board of County Commissioners (hereinafter "Board") �, ;. ,.

1 WHEREAS, the Canyon Cable II project is located on a parcel �;
�� of land described in Exhibit A; and ( ,
WHERE�,.S, the Pianning and Zoning Commission considered the
Applicant's application on February 12, 1988 and recommended

amended detailed submission approval because the project was
'�� generally consistent with the previous approval; and
�"� W�REAS, the Board considered the amended detailed sub-
mission and final plat at their regularly scheduled public
meeting on March 15, 1988.
NOW, Tf�REFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Board that it hereby
�
grants amended detailed submission approval and final plat "' „
"�� approval to the Ganyon Cable IT application subject to the �,
�;,� following conditions:
'j i) Attachment A shall be attached to the improvements agree- ,;
•� ment. «�
2) The applicant shall prepare more detailed language describ-
,� ing the dedication of the access easement to the Boise '*` �i` r
Cascade from Cottonwood Lane. Such language shall appear in >,�� :
" the improvements agreement and on the final plat.

determined by the Land Use Engineer to assure completion of
- the proposed drainage improvements. The improvements .��~�:':-
agreement shall be amended to incorporate bond. �'�'.'ti'.

include a note referencing sheet 2 of the plat;

5) Landscaping within the easement to the Boise Cascade
property on the south of the parcel shall be relocated
outside of the easement. This change shall be made on the
landscaping plan prior to final approval by staff.
- I 6) The final plat and improvements agreement shall be found to
' � be in acceptable form by the County Attorney and Planning �
Director final to recording.
