WHEREAS, on February 16, 1988 the Planning Commission :.�� recommended approval of the Lot Split and qranted final approval �_� of the 1041 review for floodplain and geologic hazards. \ - NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLDED by the Board of County ..�� Commissioners that they grant Final Plat approval to the Hines/Duncan Lot Split with the following condition: �;="� 1. The applicants shall submit a Final Plat to be reviewed and approved by the County Attorney and Planning Office prior to signature of the Board of County Commissioners . and prior to recordation in the office of the Pitkin County CZerk and Recorder.
