more specifically described in Exhibit "A"; and

� Residential Growth Management Quota System allocation was •
submitted to Pitkin County and tabled for a variety of issues; �. .

jissues were being addressed, the subject property was sold and

� amendments were made to the application by the new owner; and
� LiHEREAS, on October 4, 1988 the Pitkin County Planning and
� Zoning Commission considered the applicant's request at a duly . .

Colorado (hereinafter "Board") considered the application at t ���"

their regular meeting on November 15, 1988 and at a duly noticed C

� public hearing on December 27, 1988 at which time evidence and
� testimony regarding the application were considered.

`.� NOW, THEI2EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board that it hereby ��
;ti
�� grants the applicant a General Submission approval for the �
;
Mountain View Condominiums and allocated seven dwelling units
�;� from the 1986 Residential Growth Management Quota System to the �
applicant subject to the following conditions: � ,
'-:.;� 1. The applicant shall restrict two dwellings on the site
to the moderate income occupancy housing guidelines and
;<; offer the units for sale through the Housing Authority.
The applicant shall make a payment-in-lieu of providing
additional housing to satisfy the projects employee ;
housing requirement.
2. The applicant shall submit an acceptable fugitive dust
�� plan to the Environmental Health Department prior to
,K� building permit. .
`� 3. At Detailed Submission:
,. ' a. The applicant shall coordinate with the j.;
��'-;� Environmental Protection Agency concerning `
,� hazardous waste on-site, and report to the County � .
