In the event that � �' any cure has been undertaken within the twenty day period, but in '; ',:` the exercise of reasonable diligence cannot be completed within i said period, the curing Party shall not be in default so long as - i ; the cure is diligently pursued to completion. Upon receipt of Pitkin's notice of exercise of its option, TMI shall have ten (10) days in which to respond with its calculation of fair market value.
