WHEREAS, a Service Plan, supplemental documents and a �''
; processing fee have been filed relating to the proposed Brush ''-�
' Creek Village Water District, in Pitkin County, Coiorado (the �>;`i`

i WHEREAS, the law requires that a hearing be called and _.. ; j

Section 2. That a hearing on the Service Plan, as
filed, for the District, be called and the same is hereby set
�':�� for �:� �.m., at the County Courthouse, 506 E, Main, in Aspen,
" Colorado, the regular meeting place of the Board of County �

';� Section 3. That the Clerk of this Board is hereby
directed to cause a notice of hearing to be published in the
td� Aspen Times, a newspaper of general circulation within the
`� proposed Aistrict, once each week for a period of three
successive weeks, by three publications, the first of which
shall be at least twenty (20) days prior to the date of

Section 4. That the Clerk is hereby further directed
to provide written notice of the hearing to the petitioners and
to the governing body of any existing municipality or special
- district which has levied an ad valorem tax within the next
preceding tax year and which has boundaries within a radius of
three (3) miles of the proposed District.

� Section 6. That the Petitioners are hereby directed
to provide postcard notification of the hearing in accordance
, with 5ection 32-1-204(1.5) Colorado Revised Statutes, to �
property owners within the proposed District, as listed on the ;�`•-._

Section 7. That the Clerk is hereby further directed -
to deliver a copy of the 5ervice Plan to the County Planning -�
Commission, with the direction that the Commission shall study
the Service Plan and that a representative thereof shall present �,�.� •
its recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners and the � ''�-•
County Clerk and Recorder.
Section 8. That all resolutions, or parts thereof, in
4"! conflict with the provisions hereof, be and the same are 2xereby
repealed.

' with the County Clerk and Recorder of Pitkin County, Colorado

The Service PZan and related documents are now on file in the
Office of the County Clerk and Recorder and are available for

"� hearing on said Service Plan and related documents will be held

Pitkin County located 3-1/2 miles east of Snowmass Village near
� the intersection of Brush Creek Road and Highway 82. The
