WHEREAS, Harry Truscott's term as a Comznzssion member on the �'-,'
;� Aspen/Pitkin County Housing Authority Board (hereinafter

"Authority") expires in April of 1989; and
� WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County
(herei.nafter "Board") recognizes Harry Truscott's dedication and
.� commitment to help the community solve its affordable housing :;.;�
?� needs; and
� WHEREAS, the Board recognizes that Harry Truscott has served ���1
',i� on the Authority since the Authority was created in 1982; and '�`, "
;.� i.
WHEREAS, the Board desires to reappaint Harry Truscott as a (
�� Commission of the Aspen/Pitkin County Aousing Authority because of
his dedication, knowledge, and commitment to the community and !
��'� solving its affordabZe housing needs; and i

WHEREA3, Harry Truscott has been a joint appointee to the ;
Authority; and :z� .

:'� WHEREAS, the Board wants to notify the City Council of Aspen, (
�'':;a7 Colorado, that it desires to reappoint Aarry Truscott as a joint ;�
`�'� appointee.
``� NoW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLYED that the Board does hereby �
reappoint Harry Truscott as a Commissioner on the Authority for a
term of two years, pursuant to the the concurrence of the City z
- Council of the City of Aspen.
