Resolution No. �-�{3 �,,,.-. � h� �:". _ WIiEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of PitYin County, �� Colorado jhereinafter "Board") delegated to the Aspen/Pitkin County �`. , � Housing Authority (hereinafter "Authority") the duty to develop and ;1 �'• -,,� recommend 1989 Affordable Resident Housing Guidelines (hereinafter � "Guidelines") ; and � �: ^„;;-'� wxEREAS, the Authority has adopted such guidelines anc has referred and recommended them to the Board for approval; and =_--;' WxEREAS, the Board has reviewed the Guidelines, and has found ,� ._- that it is in the best interests of the community, its housing � �`�` program in general, and its affordable resident housing programs, �`. ' specifically, to approve and adopt these Guidelines. 'r`;-� NoW, THERE�'ORE, BE IT RESOLV£D by the Board that it does 4t=n� hereby approve and ac2opt the 1989 Aftordable Resident Housing - ' Guidelines attached hereto and made a part hereof; and °�" BE IT FIIRTHER RESOLVED that by virtue of the adoption of the '���� Guidelines attached hereto, �that the regulations and guidelines set forth and adopted herein shall supersede, to the extent '�__::}. , inconsistent with the provisions of this Resolution, all prior '-`"' resolutions of the Board ;and '�i:;. .
