='=�� WHSRSAS, the County has adopted Resolution Number 87-54
regarding the establishment of weight restrictiona for trucks and -
other commercial vehicles on tha puhlic roads in the Brush Creek `i'
°� Village subdivision; and,

i;�? WHERBAS, the Homeowners Aasociation has requested that
Resolution Number 8?-54 be amended to more fully describe the
�' ';�:i desires of the Homeowners with respect to the types of vehicles to z,
-,� be exempted from the weight restrictiona and the duration of said st:
weight restrictions; and,
•vi�� NOW, THSRSFORfi, BB IT RBSOLVfiD BY THS BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONSRS OF PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO, that
�`°4 1) Section 3, paragraph c) be removed in it's entirety so that
�`.s=�� all vehiclea equipped with self-compactors and used solely for
the regularly-scheduled collection and transportation of
_ residential trash must ebide by the limitations of the
=�';;=" described weight restrictions; and,

�..,. 2) Section 3 shall be amended to include additional language as
follows:

y�''',.-�= c) As determined by the County on behalf of the
';.����� Brush Creek Homeowners Association, certai¢
>•��:€` vehicles may be exempted from the ten (10) ton
= weight restrictiona iY authorized through
s`��� estab2ished permit procedures. At no time
�=� ehall vehicles exempted under these permitting
� procedures exceed twenty (20) tons grosa
weight.
3) All language describing the duration of the weight
-_ restrictions be modz£ied or otherwise changed to reflect the �

_ - A twenty (20) ton limitation will be enforced a� ;�
� ,� from July 1 to February 28 aonually and a ten
;,� (10) ton restriction will be enforced from ;;,,,
March 1 to June 30 annually. `"
