grants a Subdivision Exemption For Fully Developed Lands to the

5. The applicant shall grant a £isherman's easement to `

the putpose of fishing. Sai.d easement shall extend _ -
- from five {5) feet to the side af the high water mark
on the property to the center line of the Roaring Fork
River. Said easement shall be recorded concuzzently

water line size and water storage prior to issuance of
any building permits.
