RATIFYING THE COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVES
TO SERVE ON THE ADMISSIONS COMMITTEE ="

WHEREAS, the Aspen Valley Hospital District Board of Y ,;:
Directors has requested ratification from the Pitkin County Board �-;;
of Commissioners for the community representation needed to serve '
`� on the committee which will evaluate applicants for admission to
the Assisted Living Facility and,

� WHEREAS, certain individuals have volunteered to serve on r5
the above-named board, i�

NOW THEREFORE� LET IT NOW BE RESOLVED: '

That the followinq individuals are hereby approved to serve
� on the Admissions Committee of the Assisted Living Facility: FI

� Vicki P. Knox, Management Agent, Assisted Living Facility
