b 0 WHEREAS, only one commercial GMQS application was received

in 1988, the Pfister Ranch/Golf Course, specifically, for the

development of an 18-hole golf course and associated facilities;

", ° WHEREAS, 7 employees are generated by the proposal ; and

• bWHEREAS, 43 Employee Generation Units are available for

1988 ; and
4.J WHEREAS, the Planning Commission forwarded a score of 48 . 3

a -> which is above the required minimum threshold for the Commercial

allocation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners does hereby allocate 7 Employee Generation Units
(EGU' s) of the 1988 Commercial GMQS allocation to the Pfister
Ranch/Golf Course application.
APPROVED by the Board at its regular meeting on November 14,
1989 .
