� Pitkin County hereby approves said Lease Assignment from Aspen
: Base Operation, a Colorado Partnership, to O.F.N1. Corporation,
; d/b/a "Aspen Base Operation, Inc." subject to the following terms

Subject to Section 4.2 Payment/Securitv of the Amended Lease
'� and Use Agreement "Lessee sha21 deliver a Performance Bond by � �
a surety licensed to do business in Colorado and in a form
; acceptable to Lessor, in the amount of $30,000.00, in order
a to secure the performance of Lessee's obligations under this
Agreement". Aspen Base Operation must deliver said
� Per£ormance Bond to the County prior to Lease Assignment, or

For valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
aoknowledged, Aspen Base Operation, a Colorado general
partnership, as Assignor, hereby transfers and assigns to Aspen
Base Qperation, Inc., a CoZorado corporation, formerly known as
O.F.W. Corporation, as Assignee, all of Assignor's right, title
and interest in that certain Lease and Use Areement dat-�d October
