functipns, manaqes client repayment and late notices, accounts payable
and board packet preparation. The bookkeeper produces monthly
financial statements andg works with auditors. The requested increase
in administrative funds wi11 provide support for both increased legal
expenses and the increased staff time it takes to provide service to
Moffat and Garfield Counties. The R-12 RLFC may contract for a loan

The R-12 RLFC's service area has four professionally staffed EDC's.
The EDP's bring packages and referrals to the RLF for review and -
refinement. If the package seems appropriate for the RLF, it will be �l �'
presented to the RLF Board for review. Five af the RLI''s 19 loans have - `°'
resulted from this process. The EDC's may also recommend that an �{�:: ,
� otherwise low priority loan should be reviewed by the R-12 RLFC due to }� .��{;:
I the impact on a partiaular commercial area. The other 14 EDC's in the ,. � : ,
