This letter shall form an agremient for the finalization of the Right of Way purchase
. for the Bn�Sh Crep�c Raad Project betweer► Pitkin �ty and A1 Dmstz. It is the �..�
intent of both garties to entex a final agx+eaeent for said Right of Way. `
