Colorado 81611, does hereby sell and convey to 8ocky Mountai.n
Natural 6as Division of It N Energy, Inc., a Kansas corporation,
Grantee, for the sum of Five Hundred and no/100 ($500.00}
Dollars, and other valuable considera�ion, the receipt and
adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, a right-of-way and ,�a.~�

or more pipelines (with values, meters, fittings, appliances, and '

line thereof shall be shown on a plat or map filed for record by � '

� ninety (90) days, weather permitting, after completion of

Grantee shall have all other rights and benefits necessary �
,_� or convenient for the full enjoyment and use of the rights herein
granted, including, but not without limiting the same, the free
� and full right of ingress and egress over said lands and other h`
� lands of the Grantoz to and from said right-of-way and easement.

Grantor hereby warrants and agrees to defend the title to
the above described premises. Grantor shall have the use of such
'�.;� right-of-way and easement except for any use which conf2icts with
the purposes for which this right-of-way and easement is granted;
,__� provided, however, Grantor shall not build or construct nor
permit to be built or constructed any building or other
improvement over or across said riqht-of-way and easement.

Grantee agrees to bury all pipelines so that they will not �'
`�°; interfere with the cultivation of the land, and also to pay for �..
.i any damage to fences, improvements, landscaping and growing crops ;
'�.� which may arise from its operations hereunder, saifl damage, if i
,� not mutua2ly agread upon, to be ascartained by three
disinterested persons, one to be appointed lay the Grantor, one by
Grantea, and the third by the two persans aforesaid, and written

Grantee further agrees that in the event the lands which are
the subject of this ri.ght-of-way and easement are ever developed
for mass transit or county road right-of-way, Grantee shall, at
its own sole expense take whatever measures are required to re-
install and protect its pipeline as it arosses the road or
mass transit right-of-way. '
This grant covers all of the agreements between the parties
and no representations oz statements, verbal or written, have -
been made modifying, adding to, or chanqing the terms of this `�'''��`'�� -

This easement and right-of-way and all provisions hereof ,�"`.;` '
shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties, �:, •.
