The purpose is to afford a reasonable opportunity to �;� all interested persons to express their views on trie proposed ,� financing plan, including the issuance of $3,190,000 of airport _.� revenue bonds and the location and nature of the projects. He proceeded to review the plan with Commission memhers. A copy of `;!� this summary is made a part of this record as Exhibit °A°. r:g;� Chairman Penne opened the hearing to public comment. There being none, she closed the public hearing. .� Commissioner Ethridge moved approval of the plan.
