_� : WHEREAS, Aspen Consolidated Sanitation District (hereinafter
"Applicant"j. has appZied to the Pztkin County Board of County -•`i

Commissioners (hereinafter "BOCC'�) for annual special review of : ;

_ � �' the applicant's sludge site (as described in Exhibit '�A"

. ,;j WF�REAS, the BOCC reviewed the Applicant's report at a duly

''=t;•; noticed and regularly scheduled public hearing on April 10, 1990, �

WHEREAS, it is the authority of the BOCC to finally approve
,s;� the Annual Review of a Special Review Permit, Section 3-6 of the +:.

l��i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the BOCC that it does

to Resolution 89-30 and subject to the additional fo2lowing

1) A landscaping plan shall be modified by the applicant . �

months of this resolution.
