FOR ACCEPTANCE OF DEEDS FOR BRUSH CREEK
RIGHT-OF-WAY

WHEREAS, said improvements required the acquisition of t'�t'f'
ad@itional right-of-way to be purchased from certain adjacent
land owners, and

WHEREAS, it was determined that Pitkin County required
property in the amounts of 1.0 acres and 0.40 acres from Albert �,�
..j C. and Mary Elizabeth Droste, and ;
