WAEREAS, the Board finds that the request meets the intent

1. Prior to issuance of a Building Permit, the Applicant shall �`.<
i draft an agreement with the County stipulating that, upon :r
issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the new
jresidence, the existing residence on site shall be razed or ,' ;, ,
, removed from the property or converted to an accessory
� structure. e ,•

' 2. The Applicant shall post Pinancial security in the form of a ;
_'!'1e performance bond, a letter of credit, money order or cash to
cover the cost of the removal or conversion of the existing �
� residence. The amount of financial security required shall '__ �
;_:s-� be based on an estimate for demolition costs prepared by a �*
bona fide demolition contractor. Said estimate shall be k �
c;,xa' reviewed and approved by the County Engineer. Financial � '
= ;c�� security shall be required prior to the issuance of a i'
