.;' WHEREAS, the Aspen Skiing Company (hereinafter "Applicant")
operates the Aspen Mountain Ski area and is permitted to operate
;,-;;� under the approved Aspen Mountain Master Plan; and �.' '1�

_ '<_�`� WHEREAS, the ,master plan does not permit after hours �

�f�; ?;� operation of the Silver Queen Gondola or night skiing without ��a'
:",_� additional approval by the Board of County Commissioners; and f '

WI�:REAS, Section 3-8.11 of the Land Use Code requires the �
Board of County Commissioners (hereinafter "Board") to determine i

qu p ry use permit is necessary to hold.

Wf�REAS, the applicant is requesting approval to hold a �.

„� Local's Night Skiing Party on November 25, I990 from 4:00 p.m. to
9:00 p.m. with the lights to be used for the 24 Hour Ski Race.
'� The 24 hour Ski Race will be held from November 26 at noon fio ,
