; (hereinafter "Applicant") is the owner of Lot il (approximately .
} 2.86 acres) in the Holland Hills residential subdivision; and �

WHEREAS, the Applicant presently operates a church on Lot il �

� -,2 and has proposed, pursuant to this Special Review application, to � '

- �;�� expand its use of Lot 11 to include the aperation of a full-time � ��
�� five day/week academic school for grades Kindergarten through �

:,;�_ WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission considered the �'

� Applicant's request at their regularly scheduled public meetings

on June 19, July 3, July 25, August 14, and August 28, 1990 and

y� "Board") considered the Applicant's request at a duly noticed

;.� WSEREAS, �he Board finds that this proposed use does not �'

'i_:� meet the requirements of Section 3-6 and many o£ the Policies and j`',
�.,,� General Regulations (Articles 2 and 5) of the Land Use Code
;;� because the proposed use is incompatible with existing adjacent

residential uses; the applicant has failed to demonstrate

'� adequate mitigation of adverse impacts, including noise impacts
