Commissioners hereby grants Special lteview approva]. to the Brush �

Creek Outfitters subject to the following conditions:
'� 1) The applicant shall provide a site plan for recordation
"-�� which meets approval of the Planning and Zoning
� -y� Commission and the Planning Office. �•.;.

'� ' 2) `Phe applicant shall comply with recommendations made by
�,�•�i the Colorado Division of Wildlife. They are as

follows:
a. Hours oP operation shall not exceed 9 a.m. to 4
p.m., or as determined otherwise by the Division
�� of Wildlife. :

b. All snowmobile trips shall be lead by an ;. � '
=� experienced guide employed by the ranch.
,;�;i c. Snowmobiling activities shall be restriated to the , '�
��' one agreed upon trail and turnaround as determined
�;Y>:� by the Division of Wildlife and depicted on the

•� d. The meadows on Brush Creek shall not be used until � F�.,

� the elk use ceases, as determined by the Division
