�' The County agrees to provide, at its expense, �

structural and exterior maintenance to the leased premises,

� the negligence or abuse of LESSEE or its permittees.
=�� LESSEE accepts the premises in its condition at the ,

,��� beginning of the lease term and agrees to maintain the non- E
structural interior and operating spaces and parts of the demised � '

�� without limitation, sweeping, mopping, trash collection, and 'i �
washing required to keep such spaces clean and orderly. The County �
