THIS AGREGMENT is made and entered into on the 24th day of ;".s

WHEREAS, during the summer of 1990, M.A.A. desires to operate
its student food program in the facility known as the Pitkin County

Community Ceciter, located at Ot00 Lone Pine Road in the City of !�t ' i

Aspen, specifitally in the kitchen area, its foyer, the downstairs '
��a�:: ..�I
restroom and the Hunter Creek Room (hereinafter referred to as the � r-.. ;_ -

NOW THEkEFORE, in consideration of tite mutual covenants and
' promises contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Period of Ooeration. The County sha12 make avai2ab2e to �
;'; M.A.A. the CommuniCy Center at $:00 a.m. on Monday, June 18, 1990.
APter an initial set-up period, meal service will commence on the
weekend. M.A.A. will vacate the Community Cenl'er by 5:00 p.m. on
Wednesday, August 29, 1990. �
� 2. Repairs and Maintenance During the period of this � ,
'' agreement, M.A.A. shail maintain the Community Center in good shape
and repair and return it to the County in substantially the same �
condition as received. This shall include rewaxing and buffing of
all floors and complete steam clean of all carpeis and kitchen
equipment. All equipment and refrigeration units shall be left in
clean condition. M.A.A. shall be responsible for all cepairs to
kitchen equipment, regardless of ownership, and shall arrange to
have soda machines, laundry and all other furnishings and equipment
brought in for h1.A.A. use picked up al the end of the agreement
• ; period. The downstairs restroom shall be supplied, cleaned and
maintained by M.A.A, for the duration of this agreement, and shali y" '" St
� also be left in clean condition upon vacation of the building. `�,
3. Pavment. M.A.A. sh�ll provide to the County a '�` �
contribution of two transferable weekly passes good for all events �
at the Music Tent except for benefits and operas. ��
4. Insurance. M.A.A. shall provide to the Coonty at least � i,' 4
ten days prior to the date of occupancy by M.A.A. a certificate of `' : ''��`
insurance naming the County as an additional named insured on i' ' �,��`.

M.A.A. 's Comprehensive General Liability Insurance Yolicy with
policy limits acceptable' to the County. -
