WAEREAS, Grantee's approval of the Subdivision PZat was
conditioned in part upon Grantor's commitment to execute and �
deliver this Grant of Public Road R.O.W, for Divide Road.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration thereof, Grantor, on behalf , �

' conveys unto Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, a
perpetna2 easement for public right-of-way purposes in, to, upon,
over and along the following-described strip of real property, to

A 60 foot wide Public Road Right-of-Way along Divide
Road, 30 feet on either side of the: centerline of said
