� subject to the requirements of the "Pitkin Couaty Procurenent
� Coda," (Section 8.5 of the Pitkin Couaty Home Rule Charter, � '
Hesolution No. 82-37, April 12, 1982). As such, the Auctioneer

4. TBRMINATION FOR DEFAULT OR FOR CONVBNIENCS OF COUNTY

thia Contract in accordance with its terma, and fails to
- cure or show cause why such failure to perform should be
i excused within ten (10) days (or longer as the County may �
Iallow or shorter, but not less tLan three (3) days, for �
( failure to provide proof of iasurance or maintenance of
any dangerous coadition) after hand-delivery or mailing ta
� the Aactioneer of a notice specifying the dePault. If
mailed, said notice shall be seat by certified mail, return
receipt requested, to the address specified herein for the

! The Auctioneer shall aot be in default by reasons of any
failure in performance of this Contract in accordance with

control aad without the fault or negligence of the

B. Notice of Termination. In the event of teraination for the
