with a simultaneous copy to the Office of the Airport Manager. All
! delinquent payments shall accrue default interest on any unpaid and
� delinquent balance on the first day of every month so delinquent f

� the above-specified values as reduced by an amortization schedule.
In previous contract years values on above-listed improvements have

� been reduced by 60�, therefore the remaining portion of the
,� amortization schedule will be as follows: reduced 20$ first year,

� or part thereof; reduced 10� second year, or part thereof; reduced
10� third year, or part thereof.

� Manaqer shall promptly respond to complaints hy the public or � '
submitted by the Licensee. If complaints, or complaint reports �
� � �� are not responded to by the Airport Manager within six (6) months j
� � after receipt of report, the Licensee shall be relieved of all �' �

� responsibility for such complaints. j
7.1 Licensee's employees shall be safety-conscious,
environmentally-sensitivej helpful and courteous at all times,
� consistent with acceptable wstomer relations practices at first-
class U.S. destination resorts.
